2023: APC committee expresses worry over party’s fate at the polls

The Presidential campaign council contact and mobilisation North West committee of the All Progressive Congress (APC) have expressed worry over the party’s fate at the polls come 2023 general elections.

At a strategic meeting convened with all the members of the committee held in Kano, the majority of members have expressed how the party is held loose subjecting chances of the movement to the opposition.

In their separate remarks, members of the committee expressed the need to do more in order to achieve the desired goals.

A member of the committee, Rasheeda Abdullahi Mai sa’a said, “if we really want this to work out for us then we must step up our game and strategies.

“People’s eyes are now clear and open. The methods we are used to confronting people will no longer be accepted. I have cooked for a woman in her house just to get her vote for my party. We really need to do better.”

Speaking, the Director of the committee, Aminu Sani Jaji while appreciating the commitment and dedication of each and every member to the development of the party affairs at all levels, tasked them to sustain the tempo.

He assured that no move is going unnoticed by the leadership of the party from top to bottom.

“Working for Tinubu is like working for the future of the country, we have seen what he has done and is still doing for Nigeria and Nigerians.

“Looking at our manifesto, it is set to be beneficial to entire Nigerians. I see from the way and manner the people of this committee are working, we are already there and looking at the enormous contributions he has made in the past, It’s time for us to payback.”
