Lilvera Group CEO Buchi Johnson Named Judge for 2025 Canadian Marketing Association Awards

Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lilvera Group, Mr. Buchi Johnson, has been appointed to the jury of the 2025 Canadian Marketing Association (CMA) Awards, where he will serve as a judge in the Customer Experience and Shopper Marketing category.

The CMA, in a statement announcing the appointment, cited Johnson’s contributions and commitment to the marketing industry in both Nigeria and Canada, noting he had “earned the call” through his support for the marketing community.

In his reaction, Johnson expressed gratitude for the honour, pledging to dedicate his expertise to evaluating the best works in the category.
“I will commit myself to this function and dedicate my time to judging these creative works,” he said, adding that customer experience and shopper marketing remain his areas of specialty both in Nigeria and internationally.

Johnson, who also founded Lilvera Sales, Marketing & Distribution in Canada, is recognised as a thought leader in Africa’s experiential marketing sector. He is a member of the Experiential Marketers Association of Nigeria and a certified advertising practitioner with the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria.

The 2025 CMA Awards, one of Canada’s top marketing industry events, will be held on November 7 at the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto, celebrating campaigns that combine creativity with measurable business impact.
