Top UK Tech Expert James Apiriri Launches Innovative Tech Store in London

Nigerian-born tech innovator and recently named one of the Top 10 Tech Experts in the UK, James Apiriri is proud to announce the launch of his new tech shop in the heart of London. With a unique background that spans continents and cultures ncluding studying Japanese in the UK Apiriri brings a global perspective to technology, design, and innovation.

Apiriri’s journey began with a deep fascination for the intersection of technology and design. “Studying Japanese may seem unrelated to tech,” he says, “but it taught me discipline, precision, and a different way of thinking about problem-solving.” These qualities became foundational to his career and the establishment of JMAD (Jersey Manufacturing and Design) his company dedicated to producing cutting-edge wearable technology and smart fashion products.

The new tech shop in London will serve as a hub for innovation, offering a carefully curated range of smart products including smart jerseys and wearable tech alongside interactive experiences. Customers can expect more than just retail: the shop will host hands-on workshops, tech demos, and smart tech support to empower users and foster tech literacy.

“My goal is to create a space where technology meets everyday life in meaningful and accessible ways,” says Apiriri. “We’re building a tech culture that’s inclusive, forward-thinking, and rooted in design excellence.”

Beyond retail, the store aims to contribute to the broader conversation around tech accessibility in the UK, offering products and services tailored for users of all skill levels. Apiriri’s vision includes creating an ecosystem where innovation thrives both for customers and collaborators.

As a proud Nigerian breaking new ground in the UK tech scene, Apiriri sees his journey as a beacon for others. “Representation matters. I want young tech entrepreneurs in Africa and beyond to know they can dream globally and execute locally. Stay focused, be bold, and keep innovating.”

Looking ahead, Apiriri is exploring opportunities to expand his brand internationally, with future plans to bring his tech concepts to Nigeria and other global markets.

“Technology is constantly evolving. I stay ahead by learning every day, experimenting with new tools, and embracing trends like AI, blockchain, and the Internet of Things. These will shape the future and I want to be part of building it.”
