Paradigm Shift Conference Returns to Lagos, Focuses on Organic Wealth Through Self-Discovery

The second edition of the Paradigm Shift Conference will take place on September 27, 2025, at the Muson Centre, Onikan, Lagos, with a mission to help participants unlock their potential, develop high-impact growth strategies, and explore opportunities for sustainable wealth creation.

Organised by Global Business Consulting, a non-profit foundation, the conference will run under the theme “Building Organic Wealth Through Self-Discovery”. Convener Dr. Stephen Enike-Matthew said the programme is designed to challenge conventional approaches to wealth and success by integrating values-driven strategies with economic pursuits.

“In a country where many prioritise survival over self-reflection, this platform makes a bold case for self-discovery not just as a personal journey but as an economic imperative,” Enike-Matthew stated. “When people understand who they are and what they are capable of, they make smarter decisions and build meaningful ventures.”

With unemployment remaining high, he emphasised the role of aligning personal strengths, passions, and values with professional goals as a pathway to long-term prosperity.

The conference is expected to draw entrepreneurs, business leaders, students, and professionals seeking personal growth and practical wealth-building strategies. Attendees will also have access to cross-sector networking opportunities spanning business, technology, education, media, and leadership.

According to Enike-Matthew, the inaugural edition yielded “profoundly positive” results, inspiring several young participants to launch businesses after discovering their purpose and potential.

The 2025 event will feature prominent industry leaders and successful entrepreneurs sharing cutting-edge insights aimed at empowering attendees to build sustainable success stories.
