A 43 year-old man, David Lea was trapped in a inside glo service antenna diesel tank at Management Central admin BUK Road Gwale Local Government Area of Kano state.
This is barely few days after another man, yet to be identified, got trapped in a diesel reservoir in the state.
The incident was confirmed to newsmen by the Public Relations Officer of Kano State Fire Service, Alhaji Saminu Abdullahi on Thursday in Kano.

Abdullahi said the incident occurred on Wednesday evening when the deceased entered the tank with the intention to fetch fuel but accidentally got trapped.
“We received an emergency call at 05:16p.m from Suraja Muhammad of State fire service control room and we sent our rescue team to the scene at about 05:23p.m.
“The man entered inside glo service antenna diesel tank with intention to reduce three jerrycan containing 25 liter each to pour it into another service antenna in the process he slide down when he got trapped.
“His partner try to rescue him with no effort, he then draw attention of security attached to the school for assistance”,he said.
Abdullahi said the victim was however brought out dead, adding that the cause of the incident was as a result of diesel transfer.
