The All Progressive Congress (APC) campaign council in Kano has reiterated commitment to uphold peaceful conduct of the forthcoming gubernatorial and house of assembly members elections in the state.
The Director General of the council, Rabiu Suleiman Bichi made this known while briefing Journalists on Thursday.

While expressed confidence in view of the party’s victory in clinching the presidential seat at national level, the council also demonstrates optimism in getting Kano being a critical state in the affairs of governance and the party.
He said, “as campaign council, we are doing our best to protect our people and mamebers to exercise their franchise while making sure we get the full cooperation of the security agencies. We want to call on the good people continue tonbe law abiding and report anything that will go contrary to the peaceful conduct of the election. Make sure that we maintain law and order, before, during and after the elections.
“We would like to thank the good people of Kano for their perseverance and the way they came out to vote although there were some challenges, but they have contributed immensely towards the victory of the APC at the national level.
“As we are going to resume the campaign, we will work diligently in making sure that we attain victory in the next coming elections.”
