An excited Ibrahim described the award as a motivation that would drive him forward to do more.
“Awards like this will continue to come when we are committed to our job in the best interest of humanity. When one is committed, dedicated and with the support of colleagues, and a media platform like Daily Trust, renowned for its honesty, credibility and factually based reports, more awards will come. This is indeed a motivation to do more,” he said.
In his opening remarks, the Managing Director of Image Merchants Promotion Limited, Alhaji Yushau A Shuaib, said all the finalists were deserving of not only the nominations but also the awards.
“It was therefore a lot of work via a transparent process before our team of unbiased experts and professionals could select the eventual winners who will go home with the awards plaques,” he said.
