Week three of the abridged Nigeria professional football league 2023 season continues with more scintillating results.

Remo Stars and Shooting Stars Sports Club of Ibadan, takes to the pitch in Ikene for the battle of Stars. Remo confirmed superiority and earned bragging rights with third straight win against the Oloyole warriors in their past four meetings.

An own goal scored by Otakho Alexander early in the second half gave Remo the lead. Ten minutes later the win was sealed by Godwin Odibo’s strike.
